Manufacturing process:
Mangopoint’s fresh mangoes for our manufacturing process. These mangoes undergo initial steps of washing, cleaning, and sorting to remove any damaged or unsuitable fruits. After separating out damaged mangoes, we carefully extract the mango juice by removing skins and seeds. The extracted juice undergoes filtration and concentration using advanced evaporators. The concentrated pulp is then spray dried to achieve our fine, free-flowing mango powder. Post-drying, the powder is cooled, sieved to ensure uniformity, and meticulously inspected for quality assurance. Once approved, it is packaged under sterile conditions to maintain freshness for up to one year.
